Our Returns Policy

Thank you for purchasing our products at Dunbar Pro Shop. If you are looking to return any items which are unsuitable for whatever reason, we are here to help! The product must be returned in the same condition that you received it, with labels, and undamaged in any way, within 30 days of your purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Once we have received your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund or exchange. For refunds, your payment will be refunded to the original payment method which you used during the initial purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 7 working days for a refund to show on your credit card statement/account. To exchange for a different item, please contact us directly.
